DEPT. ANONYM handles returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate objective of making our customers happy.

DEPT. ANONYM stands behind our goods and services and wants customers to be satisfied with them!

1.We accept cancellation of orders within 24 hours, and we process orders within 24 hours.

2.One-off exchange or return is accepted with the original receipt within 15 days of receiving the package.

3.The return packaging must be complete, Items must be presented in new condition with original packaging and must not have been washed.

4.If the consumer initiates the cancellation of the order earlier than the delivery time, and within the time specified by the website for initiating the cancellation of the order, the order can be canceled

5.The original shipping、 return shipping fee and the related costs of the returned products might not be refunded if the return orders occurred for customer-side reasons by customers except for faulty items on arrival.

6.After we check whether your returned product is defective and whether there is an order number and return reason in the package, we will provide you with a replacement or refund.

7.Please note that the whole return process may take up to 4 weeks.

8.Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

9.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Duties & Taxes

Customs and Duties are to be paid at the time of clearance once the item reaches the destination country. The customer is liable to pay the Customs/Duties levied during the clearance process and provide any additional documents requested by the Customs Officials. Therefore, any amount of compensation for shipping costs or tariffs cannot be higher than the purchase price of the goods. We suggest that you seek Internet Assistance to get an estimate of the applicable Customs Duties & Taxes in your country.

Requirements for returns or exchanges:

•    Please Email us before you do return and exchange.

•    Please provide the return tracking number of the receipt.

•    Your item must be unworn—no signs of wear or damage. Please do not wash it.

•    Keep original packaging in the same condition as when you received it. Include all tags and boxes.

•    An email to support@deptanonym.com with the original receipt and return tracking number

•    The item must be in its original state – no signs of wear, wash, or damage.

•    The item must be in original packaging with all tags.

Refund

Please follow the steps in the Email we send to you to return and exchange. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. We will email you that we have received your returned item. We will not issue any refunds for returns that do not satisfy all the conditions indicated above. The refund usually can take up to 5 business days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers, subject to its compliance with our Return Policy. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment account. The processing time may vary depending on the financial institution.

If your refund is within the original order price amount, your refund will be applied to your original payment method. If your refund amount is more than the actual order price amount, please provide your Paypal account info for your refund. Please be patient as it can sometimes take several days.

On the rare occasion that if you haven’t received a refund yet:

•    Please first recheck your financial institution account.

•    Then contact your financial institution. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
