Process after your order is placed

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $169. For orders under $169, there is an international flat-rate shipping charge of $15.

All import duties occurred while packages arriving in destination countries/regions will be afforded by customers. For the amount of customs duty ,it depends on the different country’s customs policy.
What to do if parcel has not reached me within the normal time frame?

What should I do if I think my package is missing?
If the logistics information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, then please contact us within two months after the date of the receipt so that we can help you find the package. We will not handle the parcels after two months.
