RETURN & EXCHANGE

Eligibility

A one-off exchange or return may be requested within 15 days of receiving the package, with the original receipt. Items must be in new condition, unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with the original packaging and all tags.

Order cancellation

Order cancellation is accepted within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to the order not having been fulfilled.

How to request a return

1. Email support@deptanonym.com before sending anything back.
2. Include the original receipt, the reason for return and the return tracking number when available.
3. Wait for the client team’s instructions and return authorization.

Do not send a parcel directly to the sender or warehouse address printed on the package. Contact us first and wait for confirmation.

Fees, duties & taxes

If the return is caused by the customer, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping, return shipping and related costs may not be refunded for customer-side returns. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect for reasons attributable to us, the customer is not required to bear the shipping fee for that issue. Customs duties and taxes charged during clearance are the customer’s responsibility.

Refund timing

After the returned item is checked, the full return process may take up to 4 weeks. If approved, the refund is issued to the original payment method; it can take up to 5 business days to appear, depending on the financial institution.
